I offer a wide range of Computer Help from the very basics of teaching you how to use your first computer to advanced help solving computer crashes. Classes can be arranged for anyone of any age. I can teach you most anything you wish at a respectful speed you can handle. Covering it in detail step by step in a slow, easy going way that you can understand.

Basic Help $25 per hour:

Basic help can range from simple help installing or deleting a program, to time teaching you how to setting up an e-mail account with Google. Time with clients is often spent teaching the concept of the web or typing there first document with Microsoft Word. Time can be arranged for most anything you wish. Some basic issues include:

• Surfing the web.
• Setting up an e-mail account (Google/Yahoo)
• New computer setup.
• Software installation/deletion
• Internet setup
• Hardware install and setup. (monitor, printer, scanner, ex...)

Advanced Help $35 per hour:

Advanced help ranges from migrating to a new computer, Virus and Spyware issues, to Wireless network setup. Some advanced issues can not be repaired, the only option may be restoration. Can you handle this alone? I can help you with the following:

• Backup/Restore services
• Network setup
• Virus/Spyware removal

• Travel is not included. Travel will be set at a rate of $1 per mile as listed by Google Maps from zip code 28033 to your location. Return travel will not be charged.
• Minimum of 1 hour charged. Time will be rounded up to the next 1/2 hour mark.
